Key Responsibilities & Duties Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking. Develop and manage paid media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta. Analyze campaign data to optimize performance and achieve key marketing objectives. Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials. Ensure proper targeting and tracking mechanisms are in place for all campaigns. Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign outcomes to stakeholders. Maintain compliance with email marketing regulations and data protection standards. Support the maintenance and enhancement of marketing databases and tools. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing, with a preference for B2B expertise. Proficiency in platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing strategies. Experience in managing email marketing and paid media campaigns. Knowledge of compliance regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
