What You'll Do As the Operations Coordinator , you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of both Facilities and Environmental Services by coordinating projects, managing documentation, and supporting department leaders. Your Responsibilities Will Include Coordinate departmental documentation, reports, and communications Manage inventory, purchasing, and supply replenishment Maintain employee files, competency records, and regulatory documentation Coordinate maintenance requests and departmental service calls Conduct facility inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance Perform patient rounds to identify service opportunities and enhance the patient experience Assist leadership with quality improvement initiatives and operational projects Prepare employee counseling and performance documentation for leadership review Track departmental metrics and maintain accurate operational records Collaborate with multiple departments to improve workflow, communication, and efficiency What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred Two or more years of administrative, office coordination, or operations support experience required Previous experience in healthcare, Facilities Management, or Environmental Services preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and continuous improvement Why Your Work Matters Behind every clean patient room, every completed work order, and every successful inspection is a team working together to keep the hospital operating at its best.
