Schedule Requirements: Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Thursday 9am-5:30pm

As an Activity Enrichment Leader at Belmont Village Senior Living, you’ll use an established, research-based curriculum to lead small-group fitness, art, music, learning, and enrichment programs for cognitively impaired older adults. Your ability to engage different personalities, adapt instruction, facilitate discussion, and make learning enjoyable can make you especially successful in this role. Learning here goes both ways. Preparing materials and conducting relevant research to confidently lead engaging memory enrichment activities Assisting with Cognitive Assessments, tracking and trending of resident participation and maintaining compliance related documentation The certification says Great Place to Work® . Bachelor's Degree preferred.
