divh2Sales And Marketing Position/h2pServiceMaster of Mira Loma, servicing entire Inland Empire and Orange County, office is located in Mira Loma Ca, is looking for a full time Sales and Marketing person that has experience in this industry in Sales and marketing./ph3Position Overview/h3pManages relationships with current customers and referral sources. Prospects for additional revenue opportunities./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliContacts customers before and after service is performed to ensure satisfaction and develop additional prospects/liliProspects and develops new sales leads in assigned verticals/liliCreate, manage, and maintain key relationships with insurance agents, adjusters other key relationships/liliContinually builds product knowledge and refines sales techniques for specific relationship types and verticals/liliPrepares documents for job file reviews with current and prospective clients/liliDocuments and reports on key referral-source relationships weekly and monthly/liliParticipates in collections efforts with non-residential customers when necessary/liliResolves issues with customers/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliHigh school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred/lili1-2 years experience in the Disaster Restoration field; IICRC Certifications preferred/lili6-12 months of sales experience or prior sales training is highly desired, but not required/liliValid Drivers License and satisfactory driving record/liliGood verbal and written and communication skills/liliGood customer service skills/liliHighly motivated, strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process/liliBuild rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships/liliCan effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups/liliHas a good aptitude for basic math-- necessary for doing calculations related to the sales process/liliLocal and regional travel may be required for trade shows, training, networking events and for selling services immediately after catastrophic events/liliSome work required outside of traditional working hours to network and represent the company at business social events/liliSkilled using social media and other web-based sales tools/li/ulpCompensation: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week/ppBuilt on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
