As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in urgent need. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering compassionate and efficient care to a diverse patient population
• Administering medications and treatments according to protocols
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilizing EPIC EMR for accurate documentation
• Floating between designated emergency departments as needed

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Active Iowa or compact state RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA preferred)
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Completion of a travel contract within the previous 18 months
• Acceptable de-escalation certification (CPI, MAB, MOAB, SAMA) preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale certification (can be obtained during onboarding)
