The 1930's hotel is a Historic Hotel of America and a AAA Four-Diamond Award winner.This position is responsible for providing our guests with exceptional customer service.As a Part-Time Team Member, you will enjoy sweet perks like FREE admission and parking to Hersheypark, discounts on food & shopping, and more as soon as you receive your Employee ID!Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):Greeting and directing guests and providing information concerning area events and attractionsCoordinating VIP arrivals, transportation requests, welcome letters, messages, and guest room amenitiesCoordinating reservations, tours, and flower deliveries; assisting bell persons with luggage storageHandling special projects as assignedPerforming other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age or older.Minimum of (1) one year of guest service experience required, preferably in a front desk or hotel operationsMust have a valid driver's licenseKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organization skills.Keyboarding skills and PC familiarity.Proven guest relations, problem solving and organizational skills.Ability to work with computerized front office systems, file, computer figures, and handle cash with a high degree of accuracy.Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task.Must present a professional image representative of the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts mission and core values.
