A Day in the Life of a New Grad RN at CRMC

Tailored specifically for recent RN graduates or those with less than one year of post-graduation experience, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center's program transforms your early nursing career into an extraordinary adventure. Our program offers a structured and supportive environment to facilitate the transition from academia to professional clinical practice. About the Perianesthesia Department:
Expert Pre & Post-Operative Care

The Perianesthesia team at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center plays a critical role in ensuring safe, high-quality care for surgical patients. From preoperative preparation to post-anesthesia recovery, we provide expert monitoring, pain management, and patient support during key transition points in the surgical process. Our team's reassuring presence ensures patients emerge from anesthesia safely and comfortably, setting the stage for a smooth recovery. We also play an instrumental role in admissions, discharges, outpatient procedures, patient education, and continuous quality improvement. About the OR Department:

Whether it's a fast-paced trauma case or a highly specialized procedure, we rely on trust and expertise to deliver top-tier care. Education and Experience
Required

• American Heart Association ACLS certificate within 4 months of hire
• American Heart Association BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Current Minnesota RN License
• For Charge RN: NRP within 4 months of hire, Inhouse Trauma Training that meets state approved criteria within one year of hire, PALS within 1 year of hire

Preferred

• Previous experience in acute care setting

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience as an RN. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
