Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and execute high-quality repairs throughout our properties.
- Expertly prepare vacant units for new residents with your skilled "make ready" abilities.
- Maintain and enhance the appearance of our grounds and common areas to ensure they are welcoming.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Stay updated and proficient in the latest mechanical operations and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain a steadfast focus on safety at all times.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in Apartment maintenance work.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications or licenses is highly desirable.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to various local properties.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of responsive follow-up.
- Availability for occasional weekend work and after-hours emergencies as needed.

- Relevant experience in fields such as hotel maintenance, building rehab, condo maintenance, construction, or carpentry is highly valued.
