Contract Length: 03 Months

Pay Range: $24.51 - 26.27/hour

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Job Summary - Patient Services Representative II (Phlebotomist)

• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Verify patient information, accurately label specimens, and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, confidential, and patient-focused environment.
• Follow established procedures for specimen collection, processing, documentation, and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Travel between multiple locations as needed and provide coverage with minimal notice.
• Support operational excellence and maintain a positive company image with patients and healthcare providers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections required.
• Patient Service Center (PSC) experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required (if applicable).
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
