Job Description We are hiring a Part‑time Industrial Sports Medicine Professional to provide onsite care in a warehouse setting. You will be an expert in job function and technical task analysis, maintaining a thorough understanding of functional body movements and following OSHA first‑aid and safety standards. The role includes injury prevention & early discomfort management (EDM) and ergonomic solutions for our clients. Hiring Bonus: $500 1 Year Bonus: $1,000 Location & Work Details Naples, Florida – on‑site, 2–3 days per week with an average of 9 hours weekly. Hours are rotating Monday–Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Hourly rate: $33–$39, negotiable based on credentials and experience. On‑site hours may vary to meet client expectations. Job Duties Provide onsite services at one client site in Naples, FL. Create and maintain positive relationships with Briotix Health and client contacts. Initiate and maintain professional and engaging relationships with client employees. Provide education and training focused on injury and illness prevention. Deliver onsite care and manage work–related and non‑work–related discomforts. Maintain thorough knowledge of OSHA Health and Safety practices and adhere to first‑aid standards and guidelines. Understand, implement, and follow all steps of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program. Depending on client needs, perform Functional Employment Testing, Return‑to‑Work / Stay‑at‑Work services, Ergonomic Assessments (on‑site, virtual, office, vehicle), or Clinical Solutions. Produce detailed and timely reports for each completed service. Report accurately and promptly using Briotix Health’s web‑based system. Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards at each worksite. Follow all Briotix Health company policies, practices, and government regulations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education in Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field. Appropriate certifications and/or state license in good standing in each state where service is provided. Current CPR/CPR‑AED, BLS Healthcare Provider, or equivalent certification. Demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service. Ergonomic certification or training preferred but not required. 1–2 years of experience in industrial or office ergonomics, industrial sports medicine, functional employment testing, or job task analysis preferred but not required. Must meet the physical demands of onsite work, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, sitting, and squatting.
