Control Panel Assembler / Electrical Panel Builder1st Shift | Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Control Panel Assembler / Electrical Panel Builder to assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses using schematics, blueprints, and standard work instructions. This role is ideal for someone with electrical assembly experience and strong attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble, wire, and test control panels, junction boxes, and wire harnesses.Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.Mount components, perform panel wiring, and complete final assembly.Conduct basic electrical testing using multimeters and other test equipment.Complete quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Pay$20-$28/hr based on experienceQualificationsExperience with control panel building, electrical assembly, or panel wiring.Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Experience using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and test equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Electrical or electronics schooling is preferred.ISO 9001, panel testing, or wire harness experience is a plus.BenefitsComprehensive benefits package after 90 days.Medical, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability coverage.401(k) with company match.Paid holidays, floating holiday, and PTO program.Stable company with long-term career growth opportunities.Work EnvironmentLarge manufacturing facility operating under ISO 9001:2015 standards. Regular schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available on Fridays.
