Governance Delivery and Process Specialist, AVP

Responsibilities Support quality control across EA governance processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to standards Coordinate Agile/Scrum delivery activities, including backlog management, sprint tracking, and dependency/risk management Track governance actions, remediation items, dependencies, and audit follow-ups through closure Maintain audit-ready documentation, evidence, and governance artifacts Analyze ServiceNow data for quality issues, consistency, and reporting readiness Develop reports, dashboards, and executive summaries on governance metrics and delivery progress Partner with architecture, delivery, risk, and control stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled efficiencies Requirements 5–6 years of experience in quality control, Agile/Scrum delivery coordination, or governance/process execution Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and SDLC governance checkpoints Working knowledge of ServiceNow (CSDM, CMDB, or APM preferred) Proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI or similar tools) Strong attention to detail with experience in documentation, audit readiness, and compliance support Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
