A leading hospitality and entertainment operation is seeking an experienced food and beverage leader to oversee catering, banquets, and large-scale events. This role combines hands-on operational leadership with financial accountability, team development, and a strong focus on guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead catering and food and beverage operations for meetings, banquets, receptions, and large-scale events

• Manage staffing, scheduling, purchasing, service execution, and event logistics

• Oversee budgets, labor, costs, revenue, and operational performance

• Lead and develop food and beverage managers and team members

• Partner with culinary, sales, finance, HR, and operations teams

• Maintain high standards for service, food safety, and operational readiness

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and catering revenue

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality or food and beverage management experience

• Strong background in catering, banquets, events, hotels, convention facilities, or entertainment venues

• Experience leading high-volume operations and complex events

• Strong financial, labor management, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed
