Psychiatric Social Worker: Crisis & Family Therapy
Universal Hospital Services Inc.
Heritage Oaks Hospital, part of the UHS Family of Providers in Sacramento, is seeking a Social Worker to join our psychiatric care team. You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and assist with discharge planning including referrals for continued care and housing when appropriate. You will provide group-based interventions and crisis support to help patients achieve emotional health, collaborate with families, and document changes in patient conditions promptly. #J-18808-Ljbffr Universal Hospital Services Inc.
