About the position:

• Hospital in the AM / Clinic in the PM
• Call schedule: 1:4 weekends , nights vary (2 3 per week , STEMI only)
• Hospital procedures include: Heart catheterizations, PCI, Device implants, TEE, Cardioversion
• Clinic responsibilities include reading: Nuclear stress tests, Echo, Join a growing team including:
• Team wit 2 Interventional Cardiologists, 1.6 General Cardiologists, 1.5 Electrophysiologists and 9 Advanced Practitioners
• Highly experienced clinical staff
• Collaborative, team-based care environment focused on delivering the best outcomes for every patient

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
• J-1 waiver sponsorship available
