Why You’ll Love This Role Boutique Community: Small, personal setting with low resident-to-caregiver ratios Supportive Leadership: Hands‑on, team‑first culture Meaningful Connections: Build real relationships with residents every day Schedule: Part‑Time Evenings (3:00PM - 11:00PM) and PRN Fast Hiring Process: Apply today and join a Great Place to Work-certified team What You’ll Do Provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration Monitor basic health status and report changes to the Community Director Offer companionship, emotional support, and reassurance to residents Lead or assist with engaging activities and social interactions Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe, comfortable home Safely assist with resident transfers and mobility as needed Support a safe, nurturing environment that meets residents’ physical and emotional needs Required Qualifications Current New Jersey CHHA license required Must be at least 18 years of age or older Ability to lift and support up to 75 lbs for resident transfers and mobility assistance Must have at least one year of experience with caregiving duties Preferred Qualifications Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) Previous experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care Benefits for Qualified Employees Medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short-term disability, long-term disability, accident insurance, and cancer insurance Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off (sick, personal, vacation) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
