About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Clovis, New Mexico . As an RBT with Elite Steps ABA, you will have the opportunity to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, while implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
