Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy Convenience store gas station. As a critical member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the high standards of service and quality associated with Nick & Moes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring high professionalism and customer service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering products as needed to meet customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase store visibility.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and performing regular cleaning tasks.
• Analyze store performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the convenience store or gas station industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to selling tobacco, alcohol, and gasoline is a plus.
• Food service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business management is preferred.
