Job Title- Audio Video Technician
Duration- 6 months
Location- St. Louis, MO 63130 (Onsite)

Core responsibilities-
Direct A/V support for classrooms, academic spaces, and events
Troubleshooting moderately complex A/V and classroom technology issues
Supporting installations, setups, system status, and downtime procedures
Training, scheduling, and managing staff and/or student employees
Must have strong customer service skills, and should not be higher level engineer types.

Required Skills-
Streaming and web-conferencing knowledge
Camera operation
Understanding of room A/V equipment
Portable sound reinforcement and video projection
Strong customer service
Adaptability, organization, communication, and flexibility
Willingness to work extended hours when needed
Associate's degree plus 2 years of related experience, or equivalent combination
Experience with A/V and classroom controller hardware/software
Technical knowledge of video and web conferencing tools
Experience with both Windows and Apple systems

Preferred Skills-
InfoComm CTS certification
Experience in higher education A/V or technology support
Experience training others on technology use
