Project Manager

Project Manager for Operations We are presently seeking a Project Manager for Operations who be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead project teams, providing direction, motivation, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to define project requirements, expectations, and deliverables. Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or concerns as they arise. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively and efficiently. Coordinate with resource managers to secure necessary personnel and resources for project execution. Track and report on project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are in place. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project objectives are achieved and deliverables are of high quality. Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and development. Promote a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging effective communication and teamwork. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management. Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and enhance future project performance. Other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Project Manager, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field Experience of 8-10 years of project management experience, wi9th at least 3-5 years in a senior project management role Proven track record of managing large, complex projects successfully PMP or equivalent certification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure Benefits Benefits start day 1: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Holiday Pay, PAID Maternity/Paternity leave, Tuition Reimbursement, Long-term and Short-term disability. Pay Range $100,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
