Candidates who are not willing to join the clinic permanently at the end of the contract will not be considered.Job DetailsShift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 AM - 05:00 PM), Monday to FridayContract Length: 13 weeksStart Date: ASAPExperience Required: At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant; Cardiology clinic experience is preferred, but candidates with primary care experience will also be considered.First-Timers Accepted: YesWeekend Requirement: NoOn-call Requirement: NoCertification Required: BLS certificationFloating Requirement: Possible between clinics within skillsetTransportation: Reliable transportation is necessary; public transportation will not suffice.Administrative Duties Include:Medication refillsChart preparationIn-basket assistanceElectrocardiograms (EKGs)Heart monitor placementPost-operative callsFacility InformationThis position is located within a Cardiology Clinic focusing on Electrophysiology. Experience with EPIC charting is required.
