Sales Manager
The Vanderblue Team at Higgins Group Real Estate
The Vanderblue Team is looking for a driven, inspiring, and highly accountable Sales Manager to help lead, develop, and grow our real estate team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about coaching agents, driving performance, and building a high-performing team. The Sales Manager will play a key role in agent development, accountability, training, onboarding, and recruiting. Position Responsibilities: 1. Agent Coaching & Accountability Coach agents to improve performance, strengthen habits, and achieve their goals Hold agents accountable to their business plans, lead generation, follow-up, and key performance metrics Provide ongoing feedback, support, and action plans to help agents grow their businesses Plan and lead engaging weekly Team Meetings Develop and facilitate group trainings focused on sales, lead conversion, business development, and agent success Help foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Lead the onboarding and training process for new agents Train agents on team systems, tools, processes, and expectations Actively recruit talented agents and help identify candidates who are a strong fit for the Vanderblue Team Build relationships with prospective team members and participate in the recruiting and interview process Qualifications: Active real estate salesperson license with a minimum of 4 years of experience Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience Experience with Follow Up Boss and Google Workspace preferred Strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills Confidence leading meetings, trainings, and group discussions Highly organized with strong follow-through and relationship‑building skills A genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed Why Vanderblue?
