Territory Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment
ARC Group is partnering with a leading industrial solutions provider in their search for a Territory Sales Executive focused on compressed air systems. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with technical experience in rotating equipment who is ready to step into a well-supported, growth-oriented environment. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a regional sales territory with a focus on new business development and client retention
- Meeting with customers to assess needs and recommend air compressor systems and accessories
- Supporting technical planning by preparing quotes, layouts, and BOMs
- Overseeing system implementation, startup support, and customer onboarding
- Collaborating with internal teams on project delivery and technical troubleshooting
- Maintaining an organized pipeline and accurate activity reporting
We're Looking for Candidates With:
- Mandatory experience selling or servicing industrial air compressors or related rotating equipment
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate solutions clearly
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to travel within territory, with occasional overnights as needed
- A self-starter mindset, great follow-through, and comfort in fast-paced environments
