Limit distractions like phones while on shift.Applicants should have:At least 2 year of caregiving experienceA compassionate and patient-centered attitudeStrong reliability and attendance historyReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to pass background check and screeningAbility to follow care plans and documentation requirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients during shifts. Ability to assist with mobility support if needed.
