About the Position

Job Title: Labor and Delivery, Post Partum Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post Partum, Labor and Delivery Nurse Duration: 8 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours Experience: Minimum 5 years License: Nursing license required Certifications: CPR and ACLS certification preferred Must-Have: Experience in labor and delivery, post-partum, and mother and baby care Description: Provide care in labor and delivery and post-partum settings. Support mothers during the birthing process and the critical post-partum period. Monitor mother and baby health status consistently. Assist with breastfeeding education and support. Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to all safety protocols and patient care guidelines. Participate in holiday rotation and covers required shifts as needed.
