$50,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead the charge in managing and nurturing a high volume of inbound leads, ensuring each potential client feels valued and heard.
• Expertly qualify opportunities, setting the stage for successful transactions by identifying client needs and aligning them with our services.
• Collaborate closely with Acquisition Managers, scheduling appointments and ensuring seamless handoffs for optimal client experiences.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions, using our CRM tools to track progress and follow-ups.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing lead conversion rates and providing actionable insights to enhance our processes.
• Champion our values of urgency, integrity, and transparency in every client interaction, building trust and long-term relationships.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to refine our lead management strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
