Our organization is seeking Family Medicine (or Primary Care) physicians to join our team in various communities throughout southeastern South Dakota, southwestern Minnesota, and northwestern Iowa.
Key Highlights:
Guaranteed salary ranging from $315K to $350K for the first two years.
Retention bonuses between $100K and $150K .
Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match and a $10K relocation allowance .
Flexible practice options: choose between a mix of outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department work, or focus solely on outpatient care.
Opportunity for a 4-day work week at select locations.
Manageable patient volumes with robust support from Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
