Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, handling crucial aspects of store operations while learning through experience how to eventually become a General Manager one day or more!. This includes: Leading and developing your team Setting high standards for customer service Maintaining high product quality standards Unparalleled Career Opportunities We offer unique paths for ambitious managers: Franchise Ownership: Our exclusive Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities, which sets us apart from the competition. Eligibility requires successfully managing a Domino's Pizza store for at least one year. Compensation Our Assistant Managers are paid an hourly rate between $15 and $18.00 with bonus opportunity
Job Description
About the job Our Assistant Managers run shifts alongside the General Manager. They keep the team on track, the pizzas right and customers happy. It's hands-on leadership and the best training ground for becoming a GM. Join Team Sharma!
What you'll earn Most AMs make $1518/hr depending on experience Bonuses on top, tied to store performance Room to grow Most of our GMs started as AMs. After you've run a Two Sisters Pizza store successfully for a year, you can apply for franchise ownership. Trainer and Regional Manager roles are also open to you.
What you'll do Train and develop your team Make sure everyone on your shift shows up and is ready to go Place food orders and keep inventory in check Put product quality above everything else Handle customer concerns quickly Keep the team looking sharp and professional Follow all Team Sharma policies, including 100% Team Sharma App usage Make sure every call is answered on the first ring

Qualifications
What you need 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Restaurant experience preferred; management experience a plus Organized, motivating and calm in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for most of the shift
