Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, evaluating solutions, implementing plans, and providing resources.
  • Collaborate on internal audits, robust corrective actions, and audit readiness.
  • Develop the annual audit plan, train the audit team, act as Lead Internal Auditor, and report results, including third-party audits.
  • Oversee the controlled document system and final review of procedures, work instructions, forms, and master lists.
  • Manage continuous improvement projects for operational processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute plant quality processes including complaints, change control, deviations, investigations, CAPA, ECOs, supplier approval and validation, and change management.
  • Manage and supervise the quality department.
  • Elevate Dura-Line's quality culture.
  • Ensure TL-9000 operational processes including inspection and testing, calibration, nonconforming product, training, supply chain development, FAI, final audits, and document control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • English proficiency required.
  • 5 years in a Quality role with a certified QMS in a manufacturing environment, including quality administration and project management.
  • Experience with quality system enhancements, audits, audit planning, and TS, TL, and ISO standards; Lead Auditor certification or experience is a plus.
  • Physical requirements include working in plant, warehouse, and office environments; lifting up to 50 lbs.; exposure to weather and noise; and use of required PPE.

The compensation for this position is typically range from $93,500-$173,000/year. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
