The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries. You will create and maintain your own community within your center, supporting all administrative and service needs so customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive before the center opens, verify setup, and check that cleaners have completed tasks. Throughout the day you handle customer requests—changing Wi‑Fi codes, locating packages, directing meetings, setting up projectors, and coordinating service tickets. You manage billing accuracy, respond to mail, assist with printing, and support invoices. You take scheduled breaks and replenish your energy with coffee. In the afternoon you collaborate with the Community Manager to organize networking events, write e‑invitations, and create onsite posters for the center. You also actively promote the IWG community to prospects, encouraging them to join and participate in upcoming events. As the day ends, you guide any final meetings, recommend nearby restaurants, ensure the space is tidy, and prepare to close the center.
