Nutrition Service Supervisor

The Nutrition Service Supervisor supports management, planning, and coordination of activities within the Nutrition Services Department to deliver nutritional services to patients, staff, and guests. Responsibilities include implementing policies and procedures related to cafeteria management, food preparation, distribution, service, purchasing, sanitation, safety, staffing, and staff development. The Supervisor may assist a Dietitian with nutrition assessments if qualified.
