Job Description

Research & Education Support Specialist

Location: Remote, Washington, DC

Duration: 10+ months

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Coordinate studies and manage data workflows with government stakeholders and clinical SMEs.
Support scientific deliverables and facilitate education programs.
Enhance military medical readiness.

Required Skills:

Research coordination & compliance
Data management & analytics
Scientific writing & knowledge management
Education & training support
Project management
Executive communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related discipline
Time management
Literature reviews
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting multi-site clinical research
Familiarity with IRB processes and research governance
Experience with Military Health System data platforms (M2, MDR, GENESIS)
Experience supporting government clients within a consulting environment
Exposure to scientific writing, abstract development, or poster preparation
Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a science/health or health-related field
