Content DesignerSeeking a Content Designer to join our Experience Design team. In this role you'll help shape product experiences across a variety of digital tools while contributing to the evolution of content design at a global scale.This role is ideal for someone who loves the craft of writing, enjoys solving complex product problems, and is excited about where content design is headed next--including the growing role of AI in how we design, create, manage, and govern content.You'll be joining a team that's building not just content, but a content design practice.Design content that helps people succeedYou'll work closely with product designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, and other partners to create clear, useful, conversational content throughout the user experience.Writing and refining product content across complex digital experiencesCreating content that helps users understand what's happening, what to do next, and why it mattersShaping content strategy alongside interaction and visual designContributing to content patterns, standards, and reusable approachesReviewing and improving experiences through a content design lensHelp build what comes nextWe're interested in someone who can do the work and help advance the practice.Help define how content design operates within a large product organizationExplore new ways AI can support content design workflows and product experiencesContribute to content governance, standards, and best practicesHelp establish patterns for AI-powered experiencesPartner on content operations, scalability, and localization challengesShare ideas, tools, and approaches with the broader design communityThink globally: You'll help create content that works across dozens of markets, languages, and cultures-not just a single audience.
