Loan Titan is scaling fast, and the bottleneck is talent. We're hiring a motivated mortgage recruiter who thrives on the chase, loves making connections, and knows how to sell an opportunity. You'll be recruiting top-producing Mortgage Loan Originators — and that takes confidence, grit, and a competitive edge.

This is a sales role disguised as a recruiting role: outbound prospecting, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, competitor mapping, and relentless follow-through.

You'll report directly into production leadership, your performance is measured on hires that produce volume, and your comp is tied to outcomes. If you're the type who figures it out, picks up the phone without hesitation, and doesn't quit until the job is done — let's talk.

This is a high-earning, performance-driven role. Your hustle directly determines your paycheck.

$120,000 - $300,000 yearly

• Aggressively source and recruit high-producing Mortgage Loan Originators through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking
• Own the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and closing
• Build and protect a strong pipeline of top talent and passive candidates — long-game relationships that convert when the timing is right
• Partner with production leadership to sharpen recruiting strategy and raise the bar on talent
• Run a disciplined CRM/ATS — every touch logged, every prospect in motion, no leads dropped
• Research market trends and map the competitive landscape — know who's producing what, where, and when they're recruitable

You're the Right Fit If You

• Are naturally competitive and hate losing a candidate to a competitor
• Have no fear of cold outreach — phone, email, LinkedIn, you use them all
• Can sell — if you can't sell the opportunity, this isn't the role for you
• Can get a stranger on the phone within 48 hours and have them excited about Loan Titan
• Are self-directed and don't need to be micromanaged to hit your goals
• Bring energy, confidence, and a sense of urgency to everything you do
• Treat your pipeline the way a top AE treats their book of business

• 3+ years in sales recruiting, executive search, sales/branch management, or as a producing LO in mortgage, real estate, or financial services
• Proven track record of hitting goals — we'll ask for specifics
• Disciplined with CRM/ATS systems, MS Office, Google Suite, and social media outreach tools
• Track record beats credentials — bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
