Web Content Coordinator

We are looking for a Web Content Coordinator to support an upcoming website launch. This role is ideal for someone who can manage digital content with accuracy, adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment, and help maintain a strong online presence. The position offers 20-40 hours a week, and will focus on organizing, updating, and publishing website materials through a content management system.Responsibilities:Build and populate website pages using the WordPress Gutenberg block editor.Upload and format text, images, PDFs, and other digital content.Structure pages using Gutenberg blocks, including columns, galleries, embeds, buttons, and reusable blocks.Resize and optimize images, add alt text, and maintain an organized media library.Ensure consistent formatting, styles, headings, and internal links across the website.Configure menus, page hierarchies, URLs, metadata, and page descriptions.Proofread uploaded content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Conduct quality-assurance testing across browsers, devices, and mobile displays.Track content progress and identify missing content, broken links, or display issues.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm content placement, revisions, and priorities.
