We are diligently seeking to hire a candidate for the operation of Finishing Operator for our Aluminum Finishing area. This position provides finished components supporting our entire line of products including CleanMount, Vertica, Mobile Stations, and Suite-Stations. This position is located at our Horsham, PA engineering design, electronics assembly, and metal manufacturing facilities. STRONGARM is also looking for a candidate that will adopt a culture of continuous improvement (incremental change, and blame processes, not people).

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position operates various hand tools to finish aluminum parts and prepare for powder coat. This position reports directly to the Fabrication and Finishing Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum a plus.
• Ability to read prints, technical drawings a plus.
• Ability to stand for 2+ hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
