Accounting Controls Senior Clerk

JoJob Summary: Work associated with this position is at a fast pace to safeguard the companys assets by ensuring all records and monies are properly account for on a daily/weekly basis. Communication skills are key to the position due to the findings of the audits performed. Essential Job Functions:Responsible for reconciliations on coinmax teract with banking partners, related business partners and our armored car service.Responsible for maintaining the subsidiary ledger accounts for various GL accounts.Responsible for the verification of the daily Accounts Payable Check vestigate cash deposit discrepancies.Responsible for the collection of all retail deposit tickets.Responsible for all Corporate deposits with daily banking trips.Assist stores daily on their banking needs if any should be addressed.Responsible for protecting the assets of the company.Other related duties, as required. Additional Job Functions:Understand and follow confidentiality policy in regard to company information, as well as personal information. Other tasks assigned for completion as assigned by Direct Supervisor or Executive Company Official. Utilize time management skills and prioritization to accomplish tasks through management team and associates.Verification, completion, and distribution of vital department reports, management reports, documents, and paperwork via written, verbal, or email to the appropriate individuals as deemed by supervision and/or plete documentation of activities, as required.Follow all safety and security measures and guidelines.
