Registered Nurse - Float Staff

Full time position-12 hour shifts, A/M Rotations

Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various departments as assigned.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as per protocols.
Assist with patient education and emotional support.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Minnesota.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience in acute care settings.
BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to float to different units as needed.
