Business Development Analyst

JCW Group is partnered with a fast-growing specialty finance firm as we’re seeking a Business Development Analyst to support senior business development leadership team. This role offers direct exposure to client engagement, pipeline management, and growth initiatives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Location: New York, NY Sector: Specialty Finance / Private Credit Responsibilities Manage and maintain CRM activity (Salesforce or similar), including pipeline tracking and reporting. Support client communications, inbox management, and scheduling. Participate in client calls and prepare materials for business development meetings. Coordinate meetings and support day-to-day BD operations. Help improve and streamline business development processes and workflows. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in business development, sales ops, or related role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience with Salesforce (preferred) and project management tools. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
