This position is designed for Registered Nurses looking to expand their resumes by providing care in diverse inpatient settings, including float assignments and ED holds as needed. Working with multidisciplinary teams in this environment allows you to refine your clinical skills, adapt to evolving patient needs, and learn from a variety of healthcare leaders.

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation required

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license valid for practice
• Recent inpatient medical-surgical experience required
• Experience with ED holds or the ability to care for emergency department patients preferred
• Proficient assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing workflow and acuity levels

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care within the medical-surgical and inpatient hold units
• Respond effectively to fluctuating patient acuity and volume
• Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and ancillary staff
• Carry out timely documentation and follow all unit protocols
• Demonstrate flexibility in floating to various care units as required

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
