You take pride in doing things quickly and correctly. You want to become highly skilled and move up. What You’ll Do Load customer vehicles and contractor trucks accurately and efficiently. Operate skid steers, loaders, and forklifts. Keep materials organized and yard clean. Support retail team and delivery drivers. Maintain equipment Assist with unloading and restocking materials. What Winning Looks Like Fast, accurate loads with zero mistakes. Equipment operated safely and confidently. Equipment is maintained with minimal down-time. Yard stays clean, organized, and efficient. You become someone the team relies on. Requirements Able to work outdoors in Texas conditions. Physically capable and comfortable with labor. Reliable and consistently early. Equipment experience preferred (we will train the right person). Pay & Growth Hourly pay + performance-based bonuses. Growth into: Lead operator. Driver. Schedule Part-time or full-time.
