Full Stack Software Engineer

Forward Deployed Engineer - Operations (Contract) Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) or fully remote We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the development of a large-scale, enterprise technology platform within a global organization. This role is focused on building a modern, multi-asset system from the ground up, offering the opportunity to contribute to a greenfield initiative with significant visibility and impact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions, working in a fast-paced environment that blends local execution with global coordination. Key Responsibilities Design and develop backend applications using Python and AI tooling (Claude, Claude Code, Codex) Build and enhance front-end components using React or React Native Partner with engineering, QA and DevOps teams across distributed environments Contribute to cloud-based infrastructure and deployment activities Support CI/CD pipelines and development best practices Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions Qualifications Required Strong experience working as a Python software engineer Prior experience with Agentic coding solutions and building production ready Agents Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms and relational databases Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or React Native Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Experience working on greenfield or enterprise-scale systems Familiarity with modern cloud architecture and deployment patterns Exposure to data-driven or complex platform environments Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $70.00 per hour LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
