Job Description

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technician to support perioperative procedures across multiple units. The technician will operate in a fast-paced environment, providing essential assistance during surgeries and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments and supplies before procedures.
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgeries by passing instruments and maintaining sterile conditions.
• Operate DaVinci robotic system with proficiency during minimally invasive surgeries.
• Float between units as needed, supporting different surgical teams and procedures.
• Respond promptly to call requests, arriving within 30 minutes.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work scheduled hours, including on-call shifts and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Surgical Technician certification or credential.
• Possess recent experience operating DaVinci robotic systems.
• Have proven proficiency in performing C-Sections.
• Demonstrate ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Be able to float across different units seamlessly.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
