Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to lifelong learning with continuing education opportunities and support for certifications

Licensure

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certificate required
