Associate, Project Development - Energy Sustainability

Responsibilities Identify innovative energy infrastructure upgrades through site audits, data analysis, and engineered drawing reviews. Determine cost-effectiveness of identified energy efficiency measures through rigorous savings calculations and evaluation of available financial incentives. Develop concept designs and narratives detailing energy systems upgrades to support scope communication, collaboration, and pricing. Assess energy conservation measurement viability through constructability analysis and coordination with trade contractors. Support internal and external technical communication with team members, clients, third-party consultants, subcontractors, and utility providers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferably in engineering/STEM or an environmental field) and US work authorization required; undergraduate GPA > 3.50. Demonstrated interest in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with diverse skill sets. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide a written work sample.
