This role intentionally structured to begin with hands‑on experience in the warehouse and inventory operations, providing a strong foundation and comprehensive understanding of our business. As you gain product knowledge and operational insight, you will progress into a front‑line Parts Counter Sales role, where you will directly support and engage with customers. If you bring stong communication skills, a customer‑first mindset, initiative, and an interest in sales, this role offers a clear path to grow within the parts operations field and build a long‑term sales career. At our core, we don't just sell parts – we solve downtime. The sales is just the by‑product of doing that well. As a Counter Sales Trainee representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing: Pull and prepare parts orders accurately for delivery or customer pickup Receive, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouse Assist with cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace Shadow experienced sales team members and participate in structured training Grow into Sales Responsibilities Assist retail and internal customers in selecting the right parts Answer calls, provide pricing, and support customer inquiries Process orders, invoice customers, and handle payments Locate out‑of‑stock parts and coordinate special orders Promote additional products and build strong customer relationships Support overall sales efforts and maintain an organized counter area What we are looking for: High School diploma or equivalent preferred Stron communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques Basic computer skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Valid driver's license required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Physical & Work Environment Ability to lyft up 50-100 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks Regular standing, walking, and movement throughout the day Work environment includes warehouse and parts counter with moderate to loud noise levels Why You'll Want This Role Entry‑level opportunity with no prior parts sales experience required Training program and mentorship Develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, and product expertise Join a team that values growth, professionalism, and customer relationships Our average employee has tenure & we promote from within Build your future with us, apply today and start your path to a rewarding career in parts sales.
