Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Responsibilities Oversee and enhance quality assurance processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Ensure compliance with standards, drive improvements, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional results. Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Conduct internal audits and prepare for external quality audits as needed. Train and guide staff on quality standards and best practices. Ensure that all products meet customer and regulatory requirements before shipment. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation and reports on quality processes and outcomes. Profile A successful Quality Manager should have: A strong understanding of quality assurance principles within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Strong Electrical and Mechanical Inspection experience Strong AS9100 and FAI experience Good communications skills and customer facing experience Proven ability to analyze data and implement effective quality improvement strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.
