This 13-week role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to expectant mothers and their newborns. Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit. Monitor maternal and fetal health, utilizing advanced equipment and techniques. Assist with labor and delivery procedures including SVD, cerclages, and C-sections. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Adhere to all unit policies and attendance guidelines. Schedule This position involves a rotating shift schedule with both day (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and night (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) shifts. Weekend work is required, alternating every other weekend. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license with relevant experience in Labor and Delivery. Must have certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE. Intermediate fetal monitoring and C-section circulation competency are required.
