As a member of the Sales Support Team, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers with questions regarding orders, products, and services. This position acts as a liaison between customers, Sales Account Representatives, and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and customer needs are met. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to service excellence.
