Senior Operations Manager

Sr. Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Manager to lead and oversee production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing workflow, production efficiency, team leadership, scheduling, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production operations, team management, and process improvement within a manufacturing or production-driven environment.Oversee daily production operations across multiple departmentsManage workflow, scheduling, and production prioritiesCoordinate with sales, project management, pre-press, and installation teamsIdentify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficienciesLead and mentor production supervisors and staffMonitor employee performance, productivity, and qualitySupport hiring, training, and HR coordinationDrive continuous improvement and cost efficiency initiativesEnsure safety and compliance standards are maintainedReport operational performance to senior leadership5+ years of operations or production management experienceExperience in manufacturing, print production, signage, tradeshow, or related industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience managing production schedules and workflow systemsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentBachelor's degree preferredExperience in print/graphics, large-format production, or manufacturing operationsExperience managing large teams and multi-department operationsStrong background in process improvement and operational scalingFast-paced production facility operating extended hours (7 AM – 7 PM, 7 days/week). Role requires active presence on production floor and coordination with multiple operational teams.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, improving production efficiency, and supporting the continued growth and scaling of a rapidly expanding organization.This is a remote position.Compensation: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
